“I had such an incredible service experience here especially thanks to two gentleman Mr Rajesh and Mr Ishwar. Both assisted me with a vegan meal that was suited to my preferences and made a simple meal so delightful. The soup I had was incredible for a basic tomato soup. Rajesh followed up multiple times amd really made me feel like a premium guest. He even politely told me I was pleasure to serve and it really made my night, something small and simple but sincere. Ishwar also organized some hot water for my sore throat and lemon which I appreciated so very much. Well done to these two for uplifting the standards of an IHG branded food and beverage outlet (Zeste cafe). As a platinum elite member i am grateful for them and appreciate their commitment to service”
