“Walked in with our child and the lounge was quite packed, but Susan did a fantastic job accommodating us and finding a comfortable spot for our family. Really appreciated her calm and helpful attitude in a busy setting. The food spread is decent and gets the job done. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the staff.”
