“honestly, the worst kfc ive ever had. the chicken was dried out and overcooked. lettuce was bitter, coating so hard it hurt my gums. soggy bread. honestly just my worst experience ever with kfc. how someone can ruin a franchise like this comes beyond my belief. the branch literally comes with a user manual, how can incompetency reach so deep. super disappointed and honestly i dont think ill eat kfc again”
