“I ordered food at 2:42 PM and received it only at 4:35 PM, which is an unacceptable delay. I ordered half mutton biryani, but it contained only three very small pieces, mostly bones. The food quality was very poor, and it arrived completely cold. Waiting nearly two hours for such low-quality food is extremely disappointing. This experience was a waste of time and money.”
