“Branch manager Mr. Nagesh not capable to handle customers. Worst restaurant experience in Dubai. This place is making a complete mockery of the name of Bikaner and Rajasthan. The food was absolutely horrible — tasteless, stale, and nothing close to authentic Rajasthani cuisine. It feels like they are just using the name to fool customers. The most shocking part was that they were serving food and salads prepared in the morning at night around 10 PM. The salad was clearly old and unsafe to eat. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Service was pathetic. Staff were rude, careless, and totally unprofessional. Orders were delayed, mistakes were ignored, and there was no accountability or apology. Serving such poor-quality, stale food under the name of Rajasthan is shameful. This restaurant damages the reputation of real Rajasthani food. Not worth the money, not worth the time. Avoid at all costs. Attached photos Self Explanatory.”
