It was a plain, soft rice crepe with no urad dal in the batter, missing the characteristic flavor and crispiness Furthermore, we were automatically served a vada without ordering it, which felt like an upselling tactic. Unfortunately, the vada also didn't meet expectations. I hope the kitchen can revisit the traditional dosa batter recipe, as mastering it would greatly enhance the customer experience and the restaurant's reputation.”
