“I have visited this patrol station multiple times around 10:00 PM, and almost every time I face the same issue. I end up waiting for 15–20 minutes because of staff shift changes. There seems to be no proper system in place to manage the shift handover smoothly, and customers are left waiting without any clear information or guidance. Time is very important for everyone, especially at night, and such unnecessary delays are really frustrating. A patrol station should be efficient, well-organized, and responsive, but unfortunately, my experiences here have been disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the shift change process so that service is not interrupted and people are not made to wait without reason. Better coordination, communication, and time management are strongly needed.”
