“Delivery service at his branch in particular is extremely bad! My order got cancelled a couple of times after receiving an email confirmation, but most of all the endless delays in preparing the order which overshoots the expected delivery time by a good 20 to 30 minutes! No improvement in over 2 years which is unacceptable”
