“Very Disappointed with Service I ordered Puri (8 pieces) on 14/09/2025, KOT time clearly mentioned 9:24 AM, but the order was delivered only at 11:13 AM. Almost 2 hours delay for such a simple order is unacceptable. No proper update, no apology from the restaurant. Extremely poor service and not at all reliable if you expect food on time”
