“Never accept food from someone who is being rude and showing dismissive behavior. It was the night of December 30, 2025, and I understand that it was a very busy time. Many customers could see that there was some tension between the staff and a man I believe was the shift manager, who appeared stressed and was speaking firmly to the staff in the food preparation area (where the pizzas are cut) without wearing a mask. I completely understand how challenging it can be during peak hours. However, seeing a pizza being thrown and placed off the round cutting board was concerning, especially since the preparation area appeared untidy and had visible crumbs, making it unclear how long they had been there. Because of this, I politely refused to accept my order and explained that I felt the handling was unhygienic. And please note that wearing gloves os essential when handling food. On the brighter side, I would sincerely like to thank Mr. Ahmed for stepping in and ensuring that I received a freshly prepared pizza made the way it should be. I truly appreciate the care and effort taken to make sure I left satisfied as a customer. That deserves a 5 star 🫡”
