“Had a wonderful experience at Owl Café. They offer some of the best shisha, with great flavor and smooth quality. The ambiance is very relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention to Kamran, who was excellent in his service very attentive, friendly, and professional. He truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again.”
