“Disappointed with drive-thru experience at McDonald's – ENOC 1083, Emirates Road I visited the McDonald's branch at ENOC 1083 on Emirates Road using the drive-thru lane, expecting a smooth and efficient service. After placing my order and making the payment, the staff asked me to park nearby and wait for the food to be brought out. This made me question the meaning of "drive-thru." The concept is supposed to be simple: order food, pay, and receive it directly at the window without leaving your car. Being told to park and wait defeats the purpose and wastes time. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a global brand like McDonald's. I hope the management reconsiders how they operate their drive-thru and improves the customer experience.”
