“I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience I had today at KFC Umm Suqeim. I ordered a 16 pcs bucket meal with a 1.25 liter dew soft drink However when I received my order, I noticed that instead of a 1.25 liter drink, I was given two 500 ml bottles, which is clearly not what I paid for When I pointed this out to the staff and told them that I ordered a 1.25 liter drink, they insisted that this was the only option available and said they did not have the 1.25 liter bottle in stock. I was then asked to take Diet Pepsi instead of Mountain Dew, which I refused because I specifically ordered Mountain Dew. After that, I was told to wait. A staff member went inside and returned with a 1.25 liter Mountain Dew, but it was warm, and the staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. He made an unpleasant facial expression that made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was asking for charity rather than receiving something I had already paid for This experience made me feel disrespected as a customer. My concern is very simple: If KFC is facing staff shortages, management should address that internally Customers should never be given incorrect information such as “out of stock” when the item is clearly available, If a product is not available, it should be communicated politely and honestly, not with attitude.Customers should not be forced to accept alternatives when they have paid for a specific item.I expect better customer service standards from a global brand like KFC. This was a very bad experience, and I hope proper action is taken so that other customers do not face the same situation.one more thing just 2 ketchup with 16pcs bucket which is also unfair. 🙏”
