“I stumbled upon Ferment Journey in Al Quoz by chance, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. It’s a quiet, aesthetic, no-frills space with a truly artistic vibe — calm, soulful, and refreshingly different from the usual crowded cafés. There’s an exhibition space upstairs (which I didn’t explore this time), but the food and coffee were excellent. The atmosphere was made even better by the sound-healing music playing softly in the background — rhythmic drum tones that made the whole experience deeply relaxing. I ended up reading and working here for almost four peaceful hours without interruption. Honestly, it’s such a hidden gem that part of me doesn’t want to recommend it… just so it stays this quaint and beautiful. But it absolutely deserves the love.”
