“I visited Burger King today and ordered a burger. I was surprised that they charge for mayonnaise — I paid 1 AED and received only one small pack. I asked for another two and paid an additional 2 AED, so in total I paid 3 AED just for three mayonnaise packs. I had faced a similar situation before, and I was told that for 1 AED you get three packs, not one. Most other restaurants provide it free of charge, so it was disappointing to experience this again. The food itself was tasty, but I’m not happy with this policy and I will not visit Burger King again. The staff also need to handle customers in a better and more understanding way, as service is an important part of the experience. I hope the management reviews this policy for a better customer experience.”
