“I’ve been waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes after placing my order. Despite Al Baik being such a popular and respected brand known for its quality food, the service experience was disappointing 😕. The staff could easily manage the rush by adding more team members at the counter to ensure faster service. Hope the management looks into improving customer service and efficiency”
