“We had an exceptional stay at Tamani Marina Hotel with my family. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it extremely comfortable for a family stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, but you will need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the Marina Walk. When we arrived late at night, we were informed at the front desk that our booking was actually for the next day. It was a stressful moment, especially since I had my kids with me. However, Hazem Mandour truly saved the day. He stepped in immediately, assisted us with great care, and arranged a room for us at a very good price—almost the same as our original booking. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The entire front desk team was also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They all deserve a round of applause for their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Tamani Marina Hotel for your next stay, especially if you are traveling with family. We will definitely be coming back.”
