The layout feels intentional and calm, allowing each part of the coffee experience to exist without noise. Alex from the retail section hosted us with genuine hospitality. The conversation around RAW’s coffee selection felt easy and grounded — the kind that comes from familiarity with the craft rather than rehearsed enthusiasm. As a home brewer, I enjoyed how clearly the space is segmented - espresso bar, filter bar, roastery, and retail - creating a contained, wholesome coffee bubble that encourages both exploration and unhurried time.
