“Had the wrong dog brought back one day. Gave them another chance as accidents happen. Found out my dogs are NOT being crated properly for transport and left loose in the back of the van, also taking much longer to get to and from day care than advised. These dogs are like my children and I expect them to be treated well. Didn’t even have the decency to call us back.”
