I consistently order two pizzas here because they simply don’t miss: the pepperoni with hot honey and the Alabama — both are top-tier and my clear recommendations. The pepperoni with hot honey strikes the perfect balance between savoury and sweet. The pepperoni is generous, the crust is well-structured yet light, and the hot honey cuts through with just enough sweetness and heat to elevate every bite without overpowering it. The Alabama pizza is equally impressive. It has a subtle kick — spicy, but controlled. Not overwhelming, not aggressive — just the right level of heat that keeps you going back for another slice. You can tell the flavours are intentional and well thought out, not thrown together. What really elevated the experience was the setting. We kept the sunroof open while eating, and every few minutes planes were coming in to land at Dubai Airport. It’s incredibly close, which makes for a surprisingly cool atmosphere — relaxed, open, and uniquely Dubai. It adds character to what’s already a solid food experience. Quality ingredients, consistently good execution, and a location that actually adds to the vibe.
