“The cappuchino basically just milk with a drop of coffee. Terrible. Secondly, was checking for the price of ceramic mug in a box. The price is put on the other side of the box and the mug is not fixed. So unfortunatelly it fell and broke. Nobody came to explain what is the procedure in this case. As Dubai main point is to look perfect, they all concentrate on cleaning and told - it's ok, don't worry. So, I went to at least buy coffe and then suddenly they pushed to pay for it (before saying that it's ok). Manager also was avoiding situation. Other girl came and appoligized for situation and explained that employees/workers also has to pay if they break something. It felt off and not like Starbucks policy.”
