“A friend sent me an Instagram reel of Prajakta Koli and Rannvijay enjoying bowls from San Wan in JLT—and that was enough to set off a craving I couldn’t ignore. None of my friends were up for it, but the fire in my belly was real, so I took a solo metro ride on a Sunday evening to finally try it. The place is small, cozy, and has a very warm vibe the moment you walk in. I ordered the Bakchoy with Chicken Wonton in Broth, added some chili peanut oil, and it turned out to be exactly the comforting, satisfying bowl I was craving. The wontons were soft, flavourful, and the broth was soothing after a long day. Big shoutout to the lady who served me—super polite and thoughtful. She even told me about their 20% discount through the QR scanner, which was such a nice surprise and shows they really care about their customers. Overall, a great solo food trip. If you’re craving a warm, hearty bowl and friendly service, San Wan Hand Pulled Noodles in JLT is worth the visit!”
