“Been ordering for delivery from Grills Spot for a couple of months now and this is my honest review. Food Variety: Excellent. They specialize in Kerala style but do offer a couple of other generic dishes. All in all a lot of variety available. (4/5) Food Quality: Good. The taste is fantastic especially of Kerala meals, gravies, appam/breads, Kotthu, breakfast items, shawarma, charcoal chicken, etc. Gravies are oily and it will help if you make explicit request to use less oil. Karak tea is good but sugary, again, request for less sugar. Over time by trying multiple dishes you'll realize what's the best and stick to it. They do have Onam Sadhya Meals which was great! Good Quantity: The quantity of the food is excellent. Especially rice, kotthu, individual breads, Shawarma and gravies. Consistency: The quality and quantity of the Food is consistent. Have had many dishes so far and stick to some of the dishes as regulars due to its quality and price. Price: The prices are affordable and for the quality and quantity of the food, I think it's really good. Delivery: The delivery time is dependent on the distance to your address. But on an average, 40-55 minutes. The restaurant has their own delivery fleet. Karak tea is delivered in a flask separately (this is awesome, NO other restaurants do this). Staff: They're responsive on call and WhatsApp. They usually accommodate any minor requests. Overall this is a great restaurant and becoming our go to restaurant, who serves decent food for an affordable price. No comments on dining, ambience/service, atmosphere, parking, etc.”
