“This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered through a delivery app and the restaurant sent me a completely wrong order — not a small mistake, not a missing item, but the entire order was wrong, which clearly came from the restaurant, not the delivery company. When I called their customer service (on a chargeable 600 number, by the way), the agent couldn’t care less. She didn’t even try to understand the issue, didn’t apologize, and didn’t take a single bit of responsibility. Instead, she pushed me to “coordinate with the delivery company,” which is ridiculous considering the mistake was clearly from their kitchen. This attitude shows a complete lack of professionalism and zero respect for customers. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but after this experience, I’m done. They fully deserve this 1-star review — and honestly, if I could rate lower, I would.”
