Wendy's - Al Barsha

“Title: Plastic Bacon, Bad Service This Wendy's on Al Khail Road delivered the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I ordered my regular burger, which I know well, but what I received was a complete failure. The bacon was so overcooked and burnt it was inedible—it had the texture of plastic or wood. When I complained, the staff dismissed me by saying, "Oh, this is crispy bacon." First, this burger isn't supposed to have crispy bacon. Second, even if it were, what they served was burnt, not crispy. They did not apologize. They did not offer to change it. They just said it's crispy. Unacceptable. If a restaurant is going to burn bacon until it resembles plastic, they should ask customers beforehand: "Do you want plastic, or do you want bacon?" Management needs to control quality and retrain staff in basic customer service. I will never return, and I advise you to avoid this location unless you enjoy arguing over burnt food.”
