“Dubai charges premium prices because it delivers premium service. Sadly, Tandoori Box forgot that part. We hosted guests from India expecting them to be impressed by Dubai’s hospitality. Instead, we were left apologising for the most pathetic catering experience we’ve ever seen. You charged a bomb and delivered a joke. A BBQ for 30+ people where even corn disappeared in 15 minutes — not because people were greedy, but because you barely brought any. Food was cold. Snacks were cold. Sauces were “forgotten.” And the biggest insult — the food wasn’t even served. It was dumped and we were expected to fetch it ourselves. So what exactly did we pay for? The attitude? Tandoori Box, if this is your idea of catering, please close shop. People don’t pay you to pray that food might show up properly — they pay you to be served. Confidence is fine. Arrogance is not. And you definitely don’t own your customers — you survive because of them. This was an embarrassment to Dubai’s food scene. Never again. 👎🔥”
