“Bad service from staff and manager. The staff named Parima asked me if I want spicy or normal regarding my chicken tenders. I told her I want normal only. But then her manager whispered to her in their own language and suddenly Parima cannot give me normal chicken but only spicy. Then I said, “No. I don’t like spicy.” Then Parima offered mixed. I got surprised and told her, “If you have mix, then you have normal.” She kept saying that she cannot give me what I want so I walked away, left my friends who ordered before me and went straight to McDo. My friends followed me in McDo after they got their orders and told me tha they can actually give me what I want which is the normal chicken. Not mixed. Not spicy. What kind of service this Texas Chicken is providing?”
