Starbucks

“I walk in to the store sit down, just to settle in before ordering, and employee by the name of Moureen comes and tells me to get out as I did not order, I explain that I’m about to order, then she tells me to sit down properly, I then tell her that she should say it more respectfully and not tell me how to sit, she then proceeds to say I don’t give a sh*t I’m talking to someone with small balls. I was extremely shocked by this level of disrespect from a staff member at Starbucks. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in any branch before. I expect a place like Starbucks to maintain a high standard of customer service and mutual respect. I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed properly by management, as no customer should ever be spoken to in such a way.”
