“I visited Pounders and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. The food quality was average, especially considering the high prices, which made it feel not worth the cost. In addition, the service was quite slow — the order took a very long time to arrive. It also seemed that the staff were not well-organized and the work was not properly distributed among them, which clearly affected the overall service and waiting time. I hope the management can improve both food quality and staff coordination, as the place has potential but needs better execution.”
