“I ordered online from KFC Remraam, and this is the third time I’ve received fries that were not fresh and very hard. Even on my order, I specifically mentioned this issue, but they still sent old, hard fries again. Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand like KFC. Please improve quality control and take customer notes seriously.”
