“The new ordering system is so convenient to do but since no one on the counter to ask for assistance it so annoying to think if there is a staff inside or the store are open. And i noticed if you are using cash payment and there is no staff/ cashier infront, your order will not be prepare. At least keep 1 staff / crew outside or keep a bell on your counter for easy calling your attention if ever someone need your assistance. Thank you!”
