“We ordered Joe Club sandwiches, which usually arrive warm, but today they were served cold. Unfortunately, the quality and taste were very poor. When we politely asked if the sandwiches could be remade hot, the staff was extremely rude. They insisted that the sandwich is “always like this,” refused to help, and argued with me instead of addressing the issue. This experience was very disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service. We expected much better.”
