I initially thought of leaving a review based on my own experience, but after seeing how many others went through the same thing, it’s clear this isn’t just a ‘bad day’ It’s a pattern. Instead of shifting the blame onto customers and repeatedly making empty promises to ‘do better,’ I hope to see real improvements in staff behaviour and overall management. Papa John’s, do better.”
