An Unforgettable Dining Experience at The Thai Kitchen, Park Hyatt Dubai We visited The Thai Kitchen at Park Hyatt Dubai for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely female kabayan (I regret not asking for her name), whose genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. At our table, Ms. Moon took wonderful care of us—she clearly explained the Sunday brunch set menu and was incredibly approachable, attentive, and accommodating throughout our meal. The food was an absolute delight. Every dish, from the starters to the mains, was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. The highlight of our meal was the homemade coconut ice cream served with taro, sweet potato, and water chestnut—simply wow! So rich, refreshing, and delicious that I would have happily ordered another if I had room. We ended our meal with tea, feeling completely satisfied and impressed. Everything—from the cuisine to the service and ambiance—was outstanding. For us, The Thai Kitchen is the best Thai restaurant in Dubai. Kudos to the talented chefs and the entire team for delivering such a memorable experience.
