“They have terrible staff, absolutely clueless of what they’re doing. I went there with a friend, we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 Cola. Also, my friend has severe allergy to all nuts in sesame seeds. So it took them 20 minutes to bring drinks, they brought food first and then drinks, and for some reason with only one glass even though 2 drinks and 2 people.🤦🏻‍♀️ we informed waitress about the allergies, but she rushed to leave even before we complete the order and explain everything, when you come here, no one cares about you, you will have to search for waiter to get the menu… so in the end we found sesame seed in my friend’s sandwich we politely asked them to cook a new one - by cooking a new one means cooking from scratch using completely new ingredients, but they brought new sandwich back in just 2 minutes - which was very suspicious because it took them 20 minutes to bring the first one. How could they make it that fast, and I know how - they just used the same filling, they just replaced bread. So we started checking new sandwich, we had to open the sandwich and take a closer look, and guess what we found there? Sesame seed! How can workers be so irresponsible about such things?! You know what severe allergy means? - It means just 1 sesame seed can kill person in 10 minutes! a person could die! How could they be so ignorant and irresponsible?! Even if we sued you, you would never bring back the life of the lost person. The staff in general seems lost, as if they don't even know what year it is or what city they are in, absolutely unfriendly staff”
