“We went here on a Sunday afternoon around 12 pm. They were having a transition from breakfast to lunch, we saw half the people finishing breskfast. We sat down and asked for menu. The place is full of flies, you would end up having flies in your food. So please avoid unless you are fond of sitting in flies. Terrible organization we asked if they have an Emirates boarding card discount as it was mentioned on their website, the waiter first said we don’t accept, we insisted that why is it mentioned on their website so he was ready to give. Fully confused. We finally ordered food a kids burger along with cheese pizza and fish and chips. The waiter after sometime came and told they ran out of adult pizza base and gave us kids pizza. The staff is not aware of what’s going on in the kitchen when we placed the order. Very disappointing. Then came the food along with terrible flies. The pizza was not at all tasty very thick base not good. The fish and chips came frozen fried not at all tasty and worth the price. Not fresh. The only good thing was the kids burger. What a waste of money. Not at all recommended. My kid went to the play area and the staff rudely told 3 year to pay first as it’s 40 AED. They should tell parents not toddlers about the money. Not at all happy with service and food both are disgusting would not return. Not recommend and spoil the afternoon.”
