“I recently ordered a Jasmine tea that was served at a temperature that was beyond imagination it was hazardous. With just one sip, I suffered a severe burn to my mouth. The injury was so painful that I had to immediately discard the drink and purchase still water to sip continuously just to soothe the pain. You need to adjust your heating standards. There is no reason a tea should be served at a temperature that causes physical injury to a customer. Please take this as a serious safety concern.”
