“Ordered 2 large pizzas deal paid extra for handcrafted sourdough.This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut, and it’s not the first time. Multiple times now, they have delivered completely undercooked pizza — raw, doughy, and absolutely not safe to eat. The base is so uncooked that it sticks together like wet dough. But what made it even worse this time was the response from their staff. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the person told me: “We cook every pizza, every bread, every crust for 7 minutes.” He kept repeating the same line again and again — as if this somehow excuses undercooked food. The way he said it clearly made it sound like: “We bake everything for exactly 7 minutes, whether it cooks fully or not.” So instead of fixing the issue, Pizza Hut admits they use the same time and temperature for all crusts, even if some dough needs more baking. That means their system is wrong, not the customer’s order. Then he even blamed the “quality of the bread” — but who provides that bread? Pizza Hut. How is that the customer’s fault? If a crust needs more time, more heat, or different handling, it is their responsibility to bake it properly. Not mine. This is not just bad service — it is a food safety concern. And the attitude was even worse: no apology, no accountability, no promise to improve. Just excuses. Pizza Hut seriously needs to fix their oven timing, temperature, staff training, and customer service. Stop blaming customers for uncooked pizza. Fix your kitchen and your attitude. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at how they handled this. I am unable to attach photos here but already added the photos on photos section They are playing with our health and the cherry on top they are accepting that they have no idea about time and temperature .some food inspector should look into this matter because its a big name.”
