“I would like to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding Mian Jee Restaurant, Deira Naif branch. During staff lunch and dinner time, the staff does not listen properly to customers. In many cases, food is delayed for a long time, and when customers ask about their order, the staff responds rudely, saying “If you want food, wait; otherwise you can go.” This behavior is completely unacceptable. Additionally, customers are often not given receipts, which is also a serious concern. If this behavior continues, it will damage the reputation of Mian Jee Restaurant. My sincere suggestion is that strict action should be taken against the staff, otherwise customers may start boycotting the restaurant.
