“I am very upset with Ms. Kumal regarding the way she handled our order. We had to repeat our order around five times, as she kept saying “hello” and appeared busy with other matters before responding again. Eventually, she handed the headset to Ms. Aisha, who was able to take and enter our order correctly on the first attempt. When we requested Ms. Kumal to return, instead of apologizing, she was impolite and disrespectful toward us as customers.”
