“I’m very disappointed with this branch. This is the second time I’ve been overcharged here, which raises serious concerns about their billing accuracy. On my recent visit, the meal I ordered was changed on the receipt to a different item, and an extra 7 AED was added without any explanation. The staff only acknowledged the “mistake” and mentioned a refund after we specifically asked for the receipt. If we hadn’t checked, the overcharge would have gone through unnoticed. This pattern is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue urgently. Customers should really double-check their bills at this branch, as these errors seem to happen more than once.”
