Café Bateel - Marina Walk, Dubai

“I am writing to share my exceptional experience at Cafe Bateel, Marina Walk. As frequent visitors, we are always impressed by the staff, who are consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I would like to extend a special thanks to Abdul, Suraj, Sunil, Jasmine, Ibrahim, Mark, Chintaka, and Roy for their outstanding service and hospitality. They truly understand the etiquette of serving and make every visit a pleasure. I would also like to share an observation regarding the current management’s engagement. We have noticed that, unlike the previous manager, Everest, the current manager does not visit tables to greet guests or ensure everything is satisfactory. We valued the kindness and proactive engagement Everest provided and feel that increasing customer interaction would greatly enhance the overall hospitality experience. Updating my post: I am writing to provide further feedback regarding my recent experience. We noticed the manager standing outside the guest area without approaching the tables to check on the quality of service or guest satisfaction. This behavior felt unprofessional, and it is disappointing to see a lack of engagement from management at Bateel Cafe. I am unsure if my previous concerns were shared with the manager, but based on this experience, it does not feel that the current management style is a good fit for your establishment. 2nd Update to my post : We had the chance to meet the manager, and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He even took excellent care of my parents during their visit to Bateel, which truly meant a lot to us.
