“Disappointing service despite good food The food is genuinely tasty and well-prepared, and that is the only reason this review is not lower. Unfortunately, the service quality is extremely poor. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional and unwelcoming, with a clear lack of basic hospitality standards. Communication with customers is weak, and there is little respect or willingness to listen or handle concerns properly. A person who introduced himself as the manager did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or customer service expected in a restaurant operating in Dubai. The overall experience felt disorganized and uncomfortable. Good food alone is not enough to justify such poor service. This restaurant urgently needs improvement in staff training and management. I would not recommend this place based on the service experience.”
