“It has been over 1 year that the owner of Art & Frames does not want to return our money for 3 out of 4 frames + pictures (1000 AED) that have not been delivered. Only 1 frame was delivered after many complaints. Multiple excuses and multiple attempts to solve this amicably have not resulted in anything, and owner continuous evades to clear their debt. Be careful. 1 days after this review the owner reached out and has immediately paid us our money back in exchange for not having bad reviews. Unfortunately, I will have to leave this review on for the same time she was not willing to re-pay for other people not to fall victim to similar practices.”
