ZAM ZAM MANDI RESTAURANT (RAS AL KHOR)

“I would like to share my experience at Zamzam Mandi Restaurant – Al Khor. When we arrived, we chose the family area. Upon entering, the first thing that caught my attention was the carpet, which already appeared visibly dirty. Unfortunately, this became a bigger issue later. After finishing our meal, I went to wash my hands. While walking, I noticed several people looking at me, which felt uncomfortable. When I returned, my partner pointed out that the back of my white jogging pants was stained. I then realized that the dirt and stains had transferred from the carpet onto my clothes. It was very embarrassing and unpleasant, especially in a restaurant where cleanliness should be a priority. What made the situation worse is that the carpet condition was clearly not new—very dirty and seemingly not maintained or replaced. I also noticed several stains on the walls, which further reflected poor hygiene standards. Cleanliness should be given equal importance as food quality, especially in a dining establishment. Despite the incident, we were still asked to pay in full becasue the food was ok and they just apologise for what happened but ,its not about apologizing. This was disappointing, particularly since there are already many reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, yet no visible improvements have been made. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Customers do not only come for the food, but also for a clean, safe, and comfortable dining environment. I sincerely encourage the restaurant to improve its cleanliness standards for the sake of future customers.”
