“Service: Extremely Disappointing Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Food & Atmosphere The food and atmosphere were excellent, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a Super Supreme pizza and a mango shake. While placing the order, the lady who appeared to be the supervisor, along with the person taking the order, started saying “Indian, Indian” and laughing among themselves. This was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite ignoring it politely, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order. Even during delivery, they continued laughing and exchanging remarks in a mocking tone. Such behavior towards customers, especially based on nationality, is a form of discrimination and should never be tolerated. It’s unfortunate that good food and a nice setup are overshadowed by such poor and disrespectful service. Management needs to take this matter seriously and ensure such incidents are not repeated with any customer in the future.”
