“PF Chang’s JBR is usually a solid choice. The Shrimp Dynamite was excellent as usual crispy, flavorful, and perfectly sauced. The curry katsu was good but could be better, especially in terms of depth of flavor. The vegetable noodles were good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Mongolian beef was disappointing the taste was off and definitely needs improvement. Overall, a mixed experience: some dishes were great, while others missed the mark. Hoping for better consistency next time.”
