“i just landed , and i was really excited for a coffee after my long flight ! i walk in and the lady who is working on early shift on 14.1.2026 was really angry for some reason i was asking where the line starts , she answered rudely “there” , a customer asked if she can warm his pastry .. using her hand she flagged him away saying something with attitude. please work on customer service i literally left without getting coffee as i didn’t want to tolerate such attitude early in the morning.a smile coasts nothing”
