Dear Mr. Ali, GET MORE OWNER I hope you are well. I would like to bring an important concern to your attention. I have been a regular customer at Get More for the past 8 months, visiting almost every day for both breakfast and dinner. Until recently, my experience has generally been good. However, over the last few days, I have noticed a significant change in the behavior of the morning staff. They have been treating us in a very disrespectful manner, as if we are not valued customers. Today, the situation became unacceptable. The food served to us was cold, and there were unnecessary arguments from the staff side. This is not the right way to deal with customers, especially regular ones. Similar incidents have happened to me 4–5 times before, but today crossed all limits of patience. I would specifically like to mention Ajay and Nisar. The food quality prepared by them today was very poor, and their service and attitude were also not up to the standard expected. I want to clearly mention that I am not asking for any refund or money. My concern is purely about behavior and service quality, which I did not like at all. I kindly suggest that you consider appointing cooks and staff who are well-qualified and have a good nature, as customer respect and food quality are very important.
