“This is not the first time this has happened. Previously, I chose to ignore it, but this time I cannot let it pass as it is unacceptable. I placed my order through the drive-through. When I arrived to pay and collect my order, the staff member opened the window and handed me the order while speaking on the phone to someone else. He did not greet me or make any eye contact. He then picked up the payment machine while his head remained inside the shop and only his arm was extended out of the window, without informing me of the total amount. He also did not ask whether I preferred to pay by cash or card. This behavior is not professional at all, and staff should be properly trained on how to communicate with and deal with customers.”
